Attention Please IMPORTANT NOTICE to all customers of DEEP.COM.BD The parcels receiving the customers MUST CHECK THE PARCEL IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERYMAN. Any complaints AFTER THE DEPARTURE of the deliveryman WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED by DEEP.COM.BD DEEP.COM.BD এর সকল গ্রাহকদের অবগতির জন্য জানানো জানানো হচ্ছে যে, পার্সেল রিসিভ করার সময় অবশ্যই ডেলিভারিম্যান এর সামনে পার্সেল চেক করে নিতে হবে। ডেলিভারিম্যান ফেরত যাওয়ার পর কোনো ধরণের অভিযোগের দায়িত্ব DEEP.COM.BD নিবে না।

Refunds

No Return/Exchange applicable until further notice. Please note that any accessories and perfume items are not exchangeable. No Return or Refund will be applicable.

Exchange Policy:

Delivery Charge: Free delivery is not applicable in any discounted product order.

Shipping Returns

Delivery Time: Delivery time within Dhaka metropolitan city is maximum 2-3 Working Days. Delivery time outside Dhaka metropolitan city is maximum 3-5 Working Days Payment.

Payment Policy:

Method: Customer Can Pay through Bkash, Nagad or Card or cash on delivery in case of order through Facebook. Customer can select cash on delivery, bkash, Nagad, Visa, Master Card or American Express in Purchase from our website
